FBOTRIP · Blackwaze Ltd · Canada & UK
Terms & Conditions
Draft prepared 7 October 2026 · Not yet adopted as an effective legal policy
These draft terms describe the use of FBOTRIP and the luxury ground-transportation services arranged by its owner and operator, Blackwaze Ltd, trading under the Blackwaze Luxury Transportation service brand.
1. Operator and scope
FBOTRIP is owned and operated by Blackwaze Ltd, using the Blackwaze Luxury Transportation service brand. The operator states that Blackwaze Ltd is registered under the same name in Canada and the United Kingdom. It supports passengers, authorized bookers, chauffeurs and Operations within the same service. Transportation may be arranged between residences, offices, hotels, FBOs and other accepted pickup and destination addresses.
The applicable Canadian or UK contracting entity must be identified for each booking. Registered addresses, registration details, legal contact, governing-law provisions and applicable local service requirements must be completed and professionally reviewed before adoption. A common company name does not by itself determine which entity contracts with the customer.
Once finalized and lawfully presented for acceptance, these terms and the Cancellation & Booking Changes policy govern accepted bookings. This draft is not deemed accepted simply because someone visits the website. Booking conditions must be made available before confirmation, and any required affirmative acceptance must be recorded.
2. Requests and confirmation
A submitted request, estimated fare or payment authorization is not a confirmed transportation reservation. A booking is confirmed only when Operations explicitly accepts it and communicates confirmation. Airport access, the pickup point, vehicle and chauffeur availability remain subject to verification.
Immediate booking is shown only when a suitable approved chauffeur and vehicle have verified availability within 25 kilometres of pickup. Otherwise, submit a scheduled request with at least two hours’ advance notice. An estimated driving time is not a guaranteed chauffeur arrival time or guaranteed arrival at your destination.
3. Minimum service and vehicle capacity
Every vehicle category has a two-hour minimum with 40 kilometres included per booking. Additional distance and requested service hours are priced at the confirmed tariff. The 40-kilometre allowance is not multiplied by the number of booked hours.
Available categories are First class luxury sedan (2 passengers, 2 bags), Upscale luxury SUV (5 passengers, 5 bags), V-Class van (5 passengers, 5 bags), and Sprinter van (8 passengers, 8 bags). Disclose oversized luggage, mobility aids, child-seat needs and other special requirements before confirmation. Images illustrate the category; the exact model is subject to the confirmed arrangement.
4. Fares, currency and additional charges
Customer fares default to the currency associated with the pickup location, with an optional currency selection. The confirmed all-inclusive quoted price comprises the base fare, standard gratuity of 20% of the fare before tax, and applicable tax. Changing currency does not change the pickup tax jurisdiction.
Road tolls, parking, excess distance, additional service time and waiting beyond the included allowance are additional unless expressly included in the confirmation. Excess waiting is calculated per minute using the confirmed vehicle hourly rate divided by 60. Actual extras must be itemized.
An estimate marked “tax pending” or “subtotal” is not a final all-inclusive total. Operations must review unresolved tax before confirming a final price. Later tariff changes do not silently change a customer’s accepted quote. A reviewed price change requires disclosure and agreement.
5. Authorization and payment
Stripe handles card authorization and payment processing. Request submission authorizes a card hold only. An administrator accepts and confirms the booking before explicitly capturing payment; checkout completion does not automatically charge the card.
The authorized amount limits what can be captured without further customer authorization. If additional services or charges require more than the existing authorization, further authorization is required. This service is not presented as an automatically renewing subscription.
6. Cancellation, changes and waiting
The Cancellation & Booking Changes policy forms part of the service terms. Cancellation requires at least two hours’ notice; late cancellation and no-show charges may equal the full confirmed booking charge. Changes require two hours’ notice and are subject to availability.
Non-FBO point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes’ waiting. FBO pickups include 60 minutes after actual aircraft landing. Waiting beyond the relevant allowance is charged at the confirmed hourly rate divided by 60 per minute.
7. Customer, booker and chauffeur responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, pickup, flight, passenger and luggage details. A booker must be authorized to arrange the trip and share another passenger’s information. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information in free-text instructions. The contracting booker must have legal capacity to enter the booking; minors must be arranged for by an authorized adult with suitable safety arrangements.
Passengers must follow safety instructions and applicable seat-belt, child-restraint and airport rules. Chauffeurs must satisfy the operator’s approval and applicable licensing requirements. Fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, interference with safety and unauthorized access to accounts or operational systems are prohibited. Keep account credentials secure and report suspected misuse.
8. Privacy, information and intellectual property
The Privacy Policy explains how booking, account, location and payment-reference information is handled. You retain rights in information you provide; the operator may use it only as necessary to arrange and administer the service and for other lawful, disclosed purposes.
FBOTRIP and Blackwaze branding, software and original content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the app does not transfer intellectual-property ownership or permit unauthorized copying or misuse.
9. Service interruptions and liability
Road conditions, weather, border controls, airport restrictions and communication outages may affect estimates and service delivery. Operations should communicate material changes and agree appropriate alternatives where possible. No absolute guarantee of uninterrupted app access or a particular travel time is made.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer, safety and data-protection rights. Any contractual liability limits must be reviewed for the relevant jurisdiction before being added; these drafts do not invent a monetary liability cap or waive mandatory rights.
10. Complaints, account restrictions and applicable law
Raise service or payment questions promptly through the operator’s verified customer-service channel and provide the booking reference. Accounts may be restricted for substantiated fraud, security or safety misuse, subject to applicable rights. Restriction does not erase lawful payment obligations or remove privacy rights.
The operator is registered as Blackwaze Ltd in Canada and the United Kingdom. Governing law, dispute procedures, the relevant contracting entity and its legal contact must be confirmed before these terms are adopted. Mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply; this draft does not impose an unverified exclusive court, arbitration clause or foreign jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
The operator should identify the version applicable when a booking is accepted and provide notice of material changes as required by law. New terms should not retrospectively alter the accepted fare or cancellation conditions for an existing confirmed booking without lawful agreement.
