Hourly chauffeur and as-directed service
Request a vehicle and chauffeur for a period of time rather than a single destination. Hourly service can suit a sequence of meetings, a roadshow or a flexible executive itinerary.
Two-hour minimum and included distance
All vehicle categories have a minimum two-hour booking with 40 kilometres included. The booking quote uses the selected vehicle, pickup jurisdiction and requested service. Extra distance, tolls, parking and approved optional charges are subject to the booking terms.
Describe the expected itinerary
Start with the pickup address, service duration, passenger count and luggage. Tell operations about important intermediate stops or access requirements. An as-directed request remains subject to vehicle availability and staff confirmation; it is not an unlimited-distance offer.
Understand extra waiting and changes
Extra waiting is based on the selected vehicle’s hourly rate per minute. Changes made with at least two hours’ notice are subject to availability under the booking policy. Review the cancellation and change terms before submitting the card-authorized request.
