An airport transfer checklist for bookers
Prepare the details that influence an airport transfer before asking for a quote. Clear addresses and realistic timing help operations review the request.
Confirm where and when the pickup happens
Identify whether the pickup is at a commercial terminal or an FBO. Enter the actual street address and requested date and time. Think about arrival procedures, baggage collection and the agreed meeting point rather than using landing time as a universal passenger-ready time.
Check passenger and luggage capacity
A luxury sedan accommodates up to two passengers and two bags. The SUV and V-Class categories accommodate up to five passengers and five bags; the Sprinter category accommodates up to eight passengers and eight bags. Explain oversized items to operations.
Review the quote and booking conditions
Read the localized fare and any extra-charge conditions. All categories use a two-hour minimum with 40 kilometres included. Non-FBO point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes of waiting; FBO pickups use the separate after-landing allowance.
Submit a request, then wait for confirmation
A successful manual card authorization submits the request. Staff review and confirm the booking before capture. If immediate availability is not supported, request a scheduled pickup with at least two hours’ notice. Check the cancellation policy if your plans change.
