Private airport transfers
Prepare an airport pickup with the terminal or FBO address, your arrival details and the space your party needs. FBOtrip supports airport-to-hotel, residence and office transfer requests.
Commercial terminal or private aviation facility?
For a commercial arrival, identify the terminal and agreed meeting point. For a private aircraft, enter the specific fixed-base operator rather than assuming the main passenger terminal is the pickup location. Access arrangements must be checked by operations.
Allow for baggage and arrival procedures
Provide the passenger and bag counts before choosing a vehicle. Non-FBO point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes of waiting under the booking policy; FBO pickup waiting is 60 minutes after jet landing. Allow time for immigration and baggage collection when planning the pickup.
Schedule and review the transfer
A scheduled booking request requires at least two hours’ notice when immediate chauffeur availability is unavailable. The quote is localized to the pickup and reviewed against the requested service. Do not treat a route estimate or successful payment authorization as a confirmed vehicle assignment.
