Corporate ground transportation

Bring business travelers, aviation coordinators and flight departments into a clear transfer-planning process. FBOtrip supports scheduled requests for executives, crew and corporate travel.

01

Coordinate the itinerary before submitting

Use the actual office, hotel, residence or FBO address. Confirm who is traveling, how many bags they have and whether the vehicle needs to remain available between meetings. Point-to-point and hourly services solve different itinerary requirements.

02

Private aviation and crew logistics

Include a flight or tail number when it is relevant to pickup coordination. Airport access, terminal handoffs and timing need a staff review. Larger groups can request a V-Class van or Sprinter category within the published capacity limits.

03

Keep approval and payment responsibilities clear

The booker submits a request after a successful card hold. An administrator reviews availability and confirms the trip before payment capture. No corporate credit account, negotiated tariff or automatic fleet guarantee is implied by a corporate booking request.
