Plan the handoff from aircraft to vehicle
Enter the FBO name or street address in the existing booking form. Add a flight or tail number when relevant, and confirm the terminal, meeting point and pickup time with operations. An airport name alone does not identify a particular FBO entrance.
Flight-aware coordination depends on the flight details provided and the information available to operations. Staff review pickup access and chauffeur availability before confirming the reservation.
Match your group to a vehicle
Choose a first class luxury sedan for up to two passengers and two bags, an upscale luxury SUV or V-Class van for up to five passengers and five bags, or a Sprinter van for up to eight passengers and eight bags. Availability and luggage suitability are reviewed for the requested trip.
FBO waiting time and reservation review
FBO pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after jet landing under the booking policy. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate per minute. Tolls, parking and approved extras may be additional.
A successful card authorization submits your request; it is not a booking confirmation or an immediate charge. An administrator reviews and confirms the trip before payment capture.
