FBO transfers in Nice

Nice Côte d’Azur publishes a dedicated Business Aviation Terminal. Private handling arrangements should be checked against that facility rather than assuming an airline arrivals pickup.

For a Nice hotel or residence, provide the entrance address and planned arrival time. If a property has specific vehicle-access or luggage-loading instructions, include them for the operations review.

Confirm the Business Aviation Terminal or other booked handling point with the flight operator. Enter its precise address, with the flight or aircraft reference, before requesting the transfer.

Choose a first class sedan for up to 2 passengers and 2 bags, an upscale SUV or V-Class van for up to 5 passengers and 5 bags, or a Sprinter van for up to 8 passengers and 8 bags. All categories have a two-hour minimum with 40 km included; tolls, parking and additional waiting may be extra.

Successful card authorization submits your request; operations confirmation remains a separate step before payment capture. FBO pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after jet landing; non-FBO point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes. If immediate availability is not offered, request a scheduled pickup with at least two hours’ notice.
