FBO transfers in Los Angeles

Van Nuys Airport is primarily a business and general aviation airport. It is a different pickup location from Los Angeles International Airport.

Los Angeles appointments can involve several distinct neighbourhoods. Provide each trip’s actual hotel, office or residence address; a city name alone is not enough to plan the road transfer.

Use the flight operator’s Van Nuys FBO address, not an LAX passenger terminal. Include the aircraft or flight reference so operations can coordinate the requested pickup with the handling team.

Choose a first class sedan for up to 2 passengers and 2 bags, an upscale SUV or V-Class van for up to 5 passengers and 5 bags, or a Sprinter van for up to 8 passengers and 8 bags. All categories have a two-hour minimum with 40 km included; tolls, parking and additional waiting may be extra.

Successful card authorization submits your request; operations confirmation remains a separate step before payment capture. FBO pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after jet landing; non-FBO point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes. If immediate availability is not offered, request a scheduled pickup with at least two hours’ notice.
