FBO transfers in Dubai

Jetex publishes its Dubai FBO at the Private VIP Terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). This is a different airport from Dubai International.

Confirm which Dubai airport handles the flight before reviewing the route to your hotel, office or residence. DWC and another airport origin cannot be treated as interchangeable pickup addresses.

For a Jetex-handled DWC arrival, enter the Private VIP Terminal instructions supplied for the aircraft. For another nearby FBO, use that operator’s actual facility and meeting details.

Published service coverage does not guarantee immediate availability or airside vehicle access. Confirm the date, handling facility and passenger meeting point with operations.

Choose a first class sedan for up to 2 passengers and 2 bags, an upscale SUV or V-Class van for up to 5 passengers and 5 bags, or a Sprinter van for up to 8 passengers and 8 bags. All categories have a two-hour minimum with 40 km included; tolls, parking and additional waiting may be extra.

Successful card authorization submits your request; operations confirmation remains a separate step before payment capture. FBO pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after jet landing; non-FBO point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes. If immediate availability is not offered, request a scheduled pickup with at least two hours’ notice.
