FBO transfers in Berlin

Berlin Brandenburg’s General Aviation Terminal is in Service Area North, near the access road to Terminal 1. The airport identifies it separately from the passenger terminal.

For travel into Berlin, enter the full destination address and appointment time. Airport-side access instructions and the city-side hotel or office entrance are separate details and should both be confirmed.

Use the General Aviation Terminal meeting instructions supplied for your flight. Do not replace them with the passenger Terminal 1 arrivals point simply because both are at BER.

Choose a first class sedan for up to 2 passengers and 2 bags, an upscale SUV or V-Class van for up to 5 passengers and 5 bags, or a Sprinter van for up to 8 passengers and 8 bags. All categories have a two-hour minimum with 40 km included; tolls, parking and additional waiting may be extra.

Successful card authorization submits your request; operations confirmation remains a separate step before payment capture. FBO pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after jet landing; non-FBO point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes. If immediate availability is not offered, request a scheduled pickup with at least two hours’ notice.
